The Thesis
Scarcity takes nine forms — each a structural condition under which a cash flow cannot be competed away. By geography. By law. By physics. Or by the shape of the network itself. Every position we carry must satisfy one. Our strongest convictions satisfy three or more.
A single node controls an entire supply chain. No substitute, no secondary source, no new capacity inside a decade. Own that node — own the economics of everything downstream.
